Following our successful tender bid for the above contract GB Heating Services worked closely with Bex Plc and BAM Nuttall provided a multi-discipline services installation from their design providing the following:-
- Provide working drawings along with builders work details.
- Installed heat recovery units complete with ductwork systems to Classroom areas.
- A full range of Stelrad "Elite" steel panel radiators c/w thermostatic radiator valves.
- Flow & Return pipework to all plant and radiators is installed in steel.
- Ideal Icos 30HE boilers installed in modular format c/w pumps and controls.
- Provide a pre-insulated CWS tank and domestic hot and cold services via plant. room calorifier to all WC areas, cleaners sink and domestic kitchen.
- Extract ventilation to all WC areas.
- Provided local extract fans and controllers including wall mounted heat recovery units.
- Complete pipework and ductwork insulation by specialist contractor.
- Installed a VRF air conditioning system comprising 17 indoor units and 2 external air cooled condensers complete with refrigeration lines to serve all Classrooms.
- Installed UPVC above ground drainage system.
- Provide steel gas service pipe-work to boiler plant via external meter.
- HVAC control panel and field wiring to all plant and equipment.
- Supply and install specified sanitary ware.
- Carry out water treatment and full chlorination.
- Test and commission all plant and provide test certificates and operational manuals.

Following our successful tender bid for the above contract GB Heating working closely with WR Associates have successfully provided a multi-discipline services installation from their design providing the following:-
- Provide working drawings.
- Modify water and gas services providing check meters to each respective system.
- A full range of Stelrad "Elite" radiators c/w thermostatic radiators valves and copper flow & return circuits.
- Install Hoval Topgas 45 fully condensing boiler along with Toptronic controller and pressurisation set.
- Domestic hot and cold services via calorifier to all WC areas, kitchens, staff and bar area.
- Hoval Solar panels installed on flat roof c/w twin coil solar cylinder and interfaced controls.
- Extract ventilation ancillary areas.
- Full heat recovery system to public toilets only at ground and first floor areas
- Air conditioning twin system complete with refrigeration lines to serve Cafe area at ground floor.
- Above ground UPVC drainage system.
- Provide steel gas service pipe-work to boiler plant, kitchen cook-line and 2nd floor future use.
- Install clients chosen sanitary ware.
- Test and commission all plant and provide test certificates and operational manuals.
